Vago Muradian is the editor of Defense News, the world's top defense news weekly with correspondents in 16 countries. Before joining Defense News in 2002, he was the managing editor of Defense Daily International and the business and international reporter for Defense Daily, a newsletter covering the defense and aerospace industry. Muradian joined Defense Daily from Air Force Times, the leading independent U.S. publication covering the U.S. Air Force. He covered global operations, including in Europe, Haiti, Somalia and Zaire. Before covering the Air Force, he served as Defense News' land warfare reporter. Muradian started his career at Inside the Army. He lives in Washington with his family.
